The breakfast offers a vast choice and is always refreshed. Staff were helpful, guiding us through the local area.

The air conditioning was inconsistent. Wi-Fi disconnects when leaving the hotel, impacting connectivity.

The location was great and brilliant, close to subway! The atmosphere created was special. Dinner and breakfast food was cheap.

Clean place & very very helpful staff from an antipathetic manager who yelled. Good sized rooms with balcony, garden and the bedroom, clean pool area. Location near to chinatown, major monuments like royal palace & neighbouring temples and important landmarks and sightseeings.

The air conditioning unit was disturbingly loud. The bathroom had poor ventilation which didn't help with humidity after a shower.

The air conditioning was loud, even at its lowest setting. It created a disruptive atmosphere in the room. The cleanliness of my room left much to be desired, as there were times when it wasn't cleaned properly .

The stay was fantastic while exploring nearby attractions like the river and the iconic temples. Having a nice pool was a great way to relax after a day out, and my kids particularly loved feeding the Koi fish. The hotel was just a short walk to Khao San Road and some amazing street stalls. While the room was a bit small and dated, the service was quick whenever we needed anything. We had a pleasant and nice experience.

One downside was the wifi. It was unreliable on the first day, pretty frustrating when we needed to plan our outings.

Great place with excellent amenities like 24-hour reception, laundry service, and a cute coffee shop. On my first stay, the staff helped me with evening plans, which I fondly remember. I highly recommend it, and I'm coming back for a holiday!

The location works well, just a walk away from lively Khao San Road. Enjoyed the breakfast. Always had good variety and fresh options available. The pool area felt clean and provided a nice spot to relax. The room had a comfortable bed and decent pillows, but it could definitely use some updates. The TV options were limited to internet apps without any regular channels. I faced a problem with the room not being cleaned during my 3-night stay, disappointing. A few minor inconveniences included a noisy air conditioner and a very small bathroom, made it slightly uncomfortable. Still, the staff were helpful whenever needed.

Very nice value for money with a perfect location to explore the city. The room was modern and clean, and we enjoyed the fast wifi and great air conditioning.

I stayed in a Superior Double Room for 4 nights. The bed was cozy and huge, perfect for crashing after long days. The room was clean and had its own little balcony, nice. Only thing was the air conditioning-it was pretty loud at times, but it helped drown out neighbor noise. And yeah, the shower could've used a little more attention, but I didn't mind too much. By the way, the pool area is great.
